"Watermelon Parfait!"

Way to easy, fun, cold and juicy!

1 large seedless watermelon
1 large container of french vanilla yogurt

Slice watermelon into chunks. Use a blender or food processor to make smooth. Pour into freezer bags and lay flat in freezer overnight. Let thaw slightly, then mash with a fork. Place in cups alternately with vanilla yogurt and serve.
