Our favorite way to eat spinach.
1 bag of fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup of pecans, toasted
1/2 cup of dried cranberries or cherries
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Place olive oil in skillet, add pecans to toast. Add spinach and cranberries/cherries to soften, stir until Spinach is soft. Add pepper/salt to taste and serve warm.
