8 slices of sourdough bread
2tbsp organic cane sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup of milk with tsp of lemon
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup of french vanilla yogurt
Beat eggs. Mix all ingredients except bread into egg mixture.. Heat skillet. Soak bread for a few minutes. Cook to desired brown.
Best served with organic maple syrup and fresh berries.
